Vanesa, who joined 316 Health Insurance in October 2024 and has quickly become an integral part of our team, leading the Spanish-speaking market.

With over 20 years of experience in client relationships, Vanesa brings a wealth of knowledge, empathy, and dedication to every interaction. Her fluency in Spanish has been instrumental in building strong connections within the Wichita Hispanic community, significantly expanding our reach and ensuring that Spanish-speaking clients receive the highest level of care and support. Vanesa connects with clients on both a cultural and linguistic level, while also driving strategic initiatives to enhance our presence and impact. She leads outreach efforts, empowers clients to make informed decisions, and works closely with our team to ensure our services remain inclusive and accessible to all.

Outside of work, Vanesa is passionate about staying active, spending time with her friends and family, and volunteering at community events. Her commitment to service, both professionally and personally, makes her a trusted advisor and valued member of the 316 Health Insurance team.

Born and raised in Wichita, Keith Kinley has built his career on connecting with people and helping them find solutions. He works with individuals, small businesses, and anyone facing a health insurance challenge, bringing energy and clarity to what can often feel like a complicated process.

Keith’s personality is infectious, he has a way of putting people at ease and leaving them with a laugh. Outside of 316 Health Insurance, you’ll often find him networking, on the golf course, or indulging his love of all things Disney. A former high school football coach and long-time sports official, Keith also enjoys giving back through athletics at the high school and college levels. At home, Keith and his wife, Carmen, share a full life together with their two boys.

Above all, Keith has a heart for people and a passion for making health insurance feel simple, approachable, and trustworthy.

Born and raised in Wichita, Kyle now calls the Tulsa area home, where he lives with his wife and two daughters. When he’s not helping clients, you’ll find him with his family on the lake, on the golf course, or cheering from the sidelines at his kids’ sporting events.

Before joining 316 Health Insurance, Kyle spent his career working in factories. That experience built a strong work ethic, but he always knew he wanted a more personal, face-to-face role. After a disappointing first step into health insurance with a company that showed him the “dark side” of the industry, Kyle was determined to do things differently.

At 316, his focus is clear: to guide families and small businesses with transparency and care, making health insurance simple and giving people confidence in their choices. His passion is to make a lasting impact on his community, one client at a time.

As the Client Care Coordinator at 316 Health Insurance, I play an integral role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. I am dedicated to providing excellent customer service, answering inquiries, managing incoming calls, and directing clients to the appropriate departments.

With a strong attention to detail and a focus on efficiency, I help create a welcoming and organized environment for both clients and colleagues. I also assist with administrative tasks, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies, all while ensuring that the office runs smoothly and professionally.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our dogs. Whether we’re relaxing at home or enjoying an adventure, I cherish the moments we spend together exploring the outdoors. I always look forward to new experiences and enjoy sharing these adventures with others!

Melissa joined the 316 Health Insurance team in March 2024 as our Enrollment Specialist, supporting the coordination of client enrollments and assisting with a variety of administrative duties.

Her professional journey began in 2012 when she became a Certified Nursing Assistant and started working for the Department of Veterans Affairs in Norman, OK. Dedicated to service both professionally and personally, Melissa has volunteered extensively in school-affiliated organizations such as the Parent Teacher Association (PTA) and Parent Teacher Organization (PTO), where she’s held nearly every leadership position—often juggling multiple roles at once. Since marrying in 2002, Melissa has proudly served as an Air Force spouse for over two decades. She and her family recently made Wichita their home, and her compassion, strong organizational skills, and keen attention to detail have quickly made her an integral part of our team.

Melissa is a proud mother of three, Bryen, Kyliee, and Nichole, and takes great joy in watching them grow into young adults. Family is at the heart of everything she does. An avid home cook, Melissa loves preparing meals for her loved ones. Even though her son Bryen lives just down the road in Derby, he still frequently comes home for her cooking, and her daughters never stop asking for “Mom’s special recipes. 

Jordan joined the 316 Health Insurance Team in March 2023 as our Client Care Coordinator. Jordan received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Texas Tech University in 2015 and is currently enjoying being married to her husband, Jordan. For the past ten years, Jordan has worked with children in many ways. Her most recent act of service was teaching children, overseas, how to speak and write in English.

Jordan has an undying urge to make others smile. She loves to cheer on the team, one “dad joke” at a time. We are excited to bring her charisma and humor to our Health Insurance clients. You’ll hear Jordan’s friendly voice when she answers the phones, as well as see her smiling face when you visit our office. Jordan also helps with many of the behind-the-scenes office procedures that keep everyone, and everything organized. Jordan is the first impression of 316 Health Insurance, and she strives every day to give our clients the red-carpet experience they deserve.

In addition to working for 316 Health Insurance, Jordan loves to go on hikes with her dog, Burger, and visit the local Farmers Market on the weekends. Jordan enjoys trying new restaurants and supporting her community.

Tyler joined the 316 Health Insurance team in April 2023 as an advisor. Before joining the team, he worked in his family’s aerospace manufacturing business while also running his own clothing company. With a strong background in sales and a heart for helping others, Tyler brings a client-centered approach to everything he does.

As a health insurance advisor, Tyler helps individuals and small businesses find plans tailored to their specific needs. His caring and outgoing personality helps clients feel at ease when making important healthcare decisions. He especially enjoys working with small business owners, helping them navigate what’s best for their company and employees.

Tyler’s ability to understand and simplify insurance options makes the process smooth and clear for his clients. Tyler enjoys spending time with his wife, Elizabeth, and their two sons. Outside of work, he prioritizes his faith and his relationship with God. His faith is a guiding force in his life and influences the way he serves clients, with integrity, compassion, and a desire to make a positive impact.

Stephany began her journey with 316 Health Insurance in 2022 as our Client Care Coordinator and has since grown into the vital role of Office Manager. With over 14 years of experience in customer service, Stephany brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to her position. Fluent in Spanish, Stephany has been instrumental in supporting and expanding our reach within the Hispanic community.

Her ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds is just one of the many ways she adds value to our team. As Office Manager, Stephany oversees a wide range of responsibilities, including the critical behind-the-scenes processes that keep our office running smoothly. She is committed to improving productivity and streamlining administrative operations, always working to implement systems that support our organizational goals. Staying busy fuels Stephany’s drive for success.

In addition to her full-time role at 316 Health Insurance, she helps manage and dispatch her family’s hotshot business. Outside of work, she can often be found cheering from the sidelines at her kids’ volleyball, football, and soccer games. Despite her packed schedule, she prioritizes quality time with her family, loves to travel, and enjoys learning and cooking new recipes.
