Stephany began her journey with 316 Health Insurance in 2022 as our Client Care Coordinator and has since grown into the vital role of Office Manager. With over 14 years of experience in customer service, Stephany brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to her position. Fluent in Spanish, Stephany has been instrumental in supporting and expanding our reach within the Hispanic community.
As Office Manager, Stephany oversees a wide range of responsibilities, including the critical behind-the-scenes processes that keep our office running smoothly. She is committed to improving productivity and streamlining administrative operations, always working to implement systems that support our organizational goals.
In addition to her full-time role at 316 Health Insurance, she helps manage and dispatch her family’s hotshot business. Outside of work, she can often be found cheering from the sidelines at her kids’ volleyball, football, and soccer games. Despite her packed schedule, she prioritizes quality time with her family, loves to travel, and enjoys learning and cooking new recipes.
