Client Services & Operational Support
Riley has the role of Client Services & Operational Support at 316 Health Insurance, where she plays an important role in helping both clients and the team. She enjoys connecting with people and making the insurance process feel as smooth and comfortable as possible. In addition to supporting the day-to-day operations of the office, Riley assists with enrollments, claims, client questions, scheduling, and making sure the details behind the scenes are taken care of.
Outside of work, Riley’s favorite thing is spending time with her family — her husband JT and their two dogs, Dozer and Maylee. Whether it’s a quiet night at home, spending time with friends, or planning the next adventure, she enjoys making memories with the people closest to her.
One of her favorite hobbies is trail riding in their side-by-side and getting outdoors whenever possible. Riley values genuine connections, a good sense of humor, and bringing positive energy into both her personal life and her work.
