While Matt’s story starts in Michigan, he was raised in small-town Kansas, where he learned the value of hard work, community, and showing up for others. Now, he lives in Rose Hill with his family, and when he’s not helping clients, you’ll most likely find him on the sidelines cheering on his kids, tackling a home project, or enjoying the outdoors.
Sports have always been a big part of Matt’s life, and he gives back by officiating high school and college football and basketball. Before joining 316 Health Insurance, Matt built his career in customer service and management, where he developed a strong “people-first” approach. Those years shaped how he works today — listening carefully, solving problems thoughtfully, and always putting the client’s needs front and center.
