Jarrod began his journey with 316 Health Insurance in 2026 as our Systems Analyst. With over four years of experience in IT, Jarrod is also a 2024 graduate of Wichita State. Beyond his title, Jarrod has been taking on any of our technology needs to better serve our clients.
As our Systems Analyst, Jarrod's purpose here is to build, develop, and oversee our technology stack to best serve our clients first and employees second. Jarrod is committed to making sure our infrastructure and workflows are set up correctly to align with our mission.
Outside of work at 316 Health Insurance, Jarrod is married to his wife, Arianna. He enjoys all things tech, including building computers, keyboards, and more. Jarrod also enjoys playing golf, hanging out with friends, and just relaxing at home with his wife.
