Gina became part of the 316 Team in September 2026, bringing with her more than two decades of administrative experience within the Wichita community. Committed to supporting the growth and success of others, Gina serves as the primary administrative contact for corporate clients and business leaders in her roles as Executive Assistant and Business Client Coordinator. She goes out of her way to provide an uplifting environment where individuals feel valued, supported, and confident that their needs are attentively addressed.

A lifelong Kansan and farmer’s daughter, Gina appreciates the simple things in life— a colorful sunset, fresh flowers, Sunday gatherings, homemade apple crisp, a good cup of coffee, and quality time around the table with family and friends.
