There is no such thing as a perfect health insurance plan.  Supplemental insurance is additional insurance that enables you to pay for high deductibles and medical expenses that your regular medical insurance or Medicare won’t cover. Supplemental insurance can help pay for medical costs, copays, and coinsurance payments. The knowledge that supplemental insurance protects you and your family from unexpected, costly medical expenses can bring you peace of mind.

Accident insurance returns a lump sum payment for injuries covered by your policy. Similar to health insurance, accident insurance works in combination with disability insurance. It enables you to claim benefits for injuries, even if you are still able to work. Accident insurance can also pay for medical expenses your health insurance doesn’t cover.

Hospital indemnity insurance is coverage that pays for hospital medical services and aftercare. A hospital indemnity insurance policy will pay for gaps in medical coverage, deductibles, prescription drug costs, and expenses not covered by your health insurance or Medicare.

Even a short hospital stay can impact your budget. Hospital indemnity insurance is one way to gain some peace of mind regarding the high cost of a hospital stay.

Critical illness insurance provides coverage for emergencies or severe medical conditions such as heart attack, stroke, or cancer. To avoid the financial strain from the high cost of treating these illnesses or medical emergencies, critical illness insurance covers the expenses not paid by traditional health insurance or Medicare.

Medicare supplement plans, known as Medigap, help pay for out-of-pocket costs that Medicare Part A and Part B won’t cover. These expenses include coinsurance, copays, and deductibles. Medicare supplement plans allow you to continue seeing your doctor, provided they accept Medicare patients.

Also, Medicare supplement plans don’t require a referral for services that your primary care physician doesn’t offer. Your coverage is nationwide in the US.  Not all agents are created equal. I will take time to visit with you face-to-face, explain your options and answer all your questions.

Home health care plans enable persons requiring homemaking and personal care services to pay for those out-of-pocket expenses which are not covered by traditional health insurance. While Medicare Part A and Part B provide some home health care services, they are limited in scope and duration. Also, Medicare won’t pay for ongoing home health care.
